Entry and exit
Six crowd control gates and entrances sit in the same Mojo Barrier® line and open it wherever people, crew, vehicles or cables need to pass. There are hinged gates for crew and cables, a cable passage, a door for crew, a vehicle exit, entrance lanes for ticket checks and a turnstile that counts visitors.
The idea
All six are designed for the Mojo stage barrier line and take the place of straight sections wherever something has to pass, so the line stays closed everywhere else. Which one fits depends on what goes through: crew, queues, cables or vehicles.
The modules

Door
A 1.00 m lockable door for pedestrians, crew and most wheelchairs that opens away from the crowd.

Emergency exit
Two doors that open to 3.00 m for emergency vehicles and trucks.

Entrance
Entrance lanes for large queuing crowds, with space for security checks and ticket scanning.

Access control
A turnstile that counts visitors in and out, with integrated ticket scanning.

Cable passage
A door section with a 110 mm cable opening below the door and a hot-dip galvanised steel floor plate.

Gate
Hinged doors in the stage barrier line for crew and cables: approx. 0.50 m on the Snake Runner, 0.76–0.85 m on the Snake Gate.
Sizes
From a single entrance lane to a truck-wide exit. Values can vary slightly between production series; each product page lists the full specifications.
FAQ
Two contacts, depending on the question:
Crowd control gates are openings in a barrier line that let people walk, vehicles drive or cables run through while the rest of the line stays closed. At festivals, stadiums and other public events they mark the points where crew, visitors, vehicles or cables cross the barrier line.
Choose the gate by what has to pass through the line: people on foot, queues, counted entries or vehicles.
| Gate | Use |
|---|---|
| Snake Runner & Snake Gate | Crew and cables at the stage barrier line; approx. 0.50 m or 0.76–0.85 m door |
| Alternative Doors | Crew, pedestrians and most wheelchairs; 1.00 m door |
| Mega Exit | Emergency vehicles and trucks; 3.00 m opening |
| Line-up Gate | Queuing entrance lanes with checks; 0.50 m lane |
| Gatekeeper | Counted or scanned entry and exit |
In addition, cables that run to front-of-house areas or delay towers cross the line through a Cable Gate. The Mega Exit takes approx. 4.37 m of length in the line.
The Gatekeeper is a cross-shaped turnstile linked to a central computer system with three settings:
With integrated ticket scanning, it is ideal for entrances where every visitor has to be checked and counted.
Only the Cable Gate in this group has its own certificate so far.
All certificates are on the certification page.
