Features
The Mega Exit opens a barrier line that is already set up, at one fixed point, so emergency vehicles such as fire engines and ambulances or trucks can drive through. The same opening also works as a wide exit, while the line on either side stays in place.
There are no automatic doors: the gate is opened by hand with a single manual lever. The doors swing in both directions, towards either side of the line. Once closed, the locking mechanism is simple: the two doors interlock in the middle.
The Mega Exit is designed to sit within the barrier line and connects to the adjoining Mojo Barrier sections, such as the Straight Section. Security staff can control access through the line at this one point.
The doors are green aluminium, which makes the exit easy to identify within the line, whether the floor plates are black or silver.

Straights
The standard section the Mega Exit sits between. The exit unit takes the place of roughly four of them in the line.
Gates
A 1.00 m lockable door for crew, pedestrians and most wheelchairs. Where the Mega Exit opens the line for vehicles, the Alternative Doors are for people on foot.
Entrances
Lanes for large queuing crowds, each with a gate width of 0.50 m. They leave space for security checks and ticket scanning at the entrance.
Entrances
A turnstile with integrated ticket scanning that counts visitors in and out. It brings access control to the entrance lanes.
