Gatekeeper is a smart turnstile system with its own software, designed to improve crowd safety at events. It counts the people entering and leaving a controlled event area through several exits, and monitors and controls the capacity automatically in real time.

The worldwide launch took place at The Event Show at Olympia, London, in January 2009.

A merger in London

At the same time, Mojo Barriers merged with Marathon Barriers, an established London company specialising in pedestrian barrier and rope-and-pole systems for red-carpet events.

Marathon enhances Mojo Barriers’ ability to provide a wider range of barriers and crowd control facility in the UK.
